End your day with gratitude. Strengthen your psychic ability to heal by acknowledging and expressing your gratitude to the universe for all the things you can easily do. Nothing can be more inspiring than having a grateful attitude. Also, inspiration can be a better fuel to help grow your psychic ability to heal.
Focus on health and well-being; stay happy. Even when you are sick, discipline your mind on thoughts around healing, well-being and happiness. If you lack the energy, continue to visualize yourself inching your way to a healthy and blissful state. Think of happy thoughts or joyful memories. This will allow happy energies to flow through you to help you fight off negativity that may make you weak.
